Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Most bookings may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of the reservation if the pickup date is at least 48 hours away.

2. Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur fees.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You canceled within the free window

  • Your booking included a refundable rate

  • We failed to deliver the reserved vehicle category

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-show at pickup

  • Invalid or expired driverโ€™s license

  • Booking made under a non-refundable offer

  • Early return of the vehicle (unused days not refunded)


5. Insurance & Damage Policy

1. Mandatory Coverage

All renters must have:

  • Personal Auto Insurance
    or

  • Purchase insurance through us

2. Optional Coverage

  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Reduces financial liability

  • Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI): Covers third-party claims

  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Covers medical expenses

3. Damage Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Scratches, dents, or body damage

  • Interior stains or burns

  • Tire and windshield damage

  • Lost keys or accessories

4. Accident Procedure

In the event of an accident:

  • Contact local authorities immediately

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • Provide police report and insurance details

  • Follow claim documentation requirements

5. Unauthorized Damages

Insurance does NOT cover:

  • Reckless or DUI driving

  • Off-road damage

  • Unauthorized driver accidents

  • Driving in restricted areas
