Car Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement forms the legal contract between the renter (“You”) and our company (“We/Us”).

1. Driver Requirements

• Must meet state-specific age requirement

• Must have a valid U.S. or international driver’s license

• Additional drivers must be registered

2. Vehicle Condition

• Vehicle is provided in inspected, clean, and safe condition

• You must return the vehicle in the same condition

• Damage, dents, stains, or missing accessories may incur charges

3. Mileage

• Some vehicles include unlimited miles

• Limited-mile vehicles incur per-mile fees for extra mileage

4. Fuel

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level unless prepaid fuel is selected.

5. Insurance Options

• Basic coverage

• Full coverage

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

• The renter is responsible for deductibles and uninsured events

6. Breakdown & Accidents

In case of an accident:

• Call 911 if needed

• Notify us immediately

• File a police report if required

• Insurance claim procedure must be followed strictly

7. Prohibited Use

Using the vehicle for towing, racing, illegal activities, or transporting more passengers/luggage than the vehicle allows is prohibited.

8. Charges & Fees

• Rental fee

• Security deposit

• Additional driver fees

• Underage driver fees

• Toll and parking violations

9. Return Policy

• Must return on agreed date/time

• Late fees apply

• Inspection mandatory before closing contract
